These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and Hoki78 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at hoki78.cam.

By accessing the Hoki78 website, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and maintain an Account on Hoki78, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform. Hoki78 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming and betting activities, consistent with the standards applied by internationally licensed operators.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, or automated entities may not register Player accounts.
• You must register with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. The submission of false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of a Hoki78 employee or affiliate.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement or voluntary ban from any licensed gambling platform or programme.
• You must hold sole legal ownership of all payment methods used to fund your Account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Hoki78 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one Account only on the Hoki78 Platform. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• A valid and active email address that you own and control;
• A unique username and a secure password of your own choosing;
• Your date of birth and country of residence;
• A valid mobile phone number for verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Hoki78 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Hoki78 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

All financial transactions on Hoki78 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR-equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. Players bear any currency conversion risk associated with cryptocurrency fluctuations.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Hoki78 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• Malaysian E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / Transfer: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20)

5.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 for e-wallets; MYR 50 for FPX/bank transfer; equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Hoki78 does not charge deposit fees. However, payment providers may levy their own transaction charges, which are the Player's responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 30 (e-wallets and bank transfers); subject to change at Hoki78's discretion with prior notice.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is authorised. This includes submission of a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership.
• Processing times are indicative: e-wallets within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are target ranges, not guarantees, and may vary during high-volume periods.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being satisfied before withdrawal eligibility is confirmed.

Hoki78 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are valid only for the period specified in the respective promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before the bonus balance or winnings derived therefrom become withdrawable.
• Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, certain progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Hoki78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Players who demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including rapid wagering solely to meet playthrough requirements with minimal genuine play — may have bonuses removed and accounts reviewed.

The cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688 at a 2% bonus rate) is applied automatically upon a qualifying cryptocurrency deposit. The bonus is credited to the bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be converted to real-money balance by satisfying the stated wagering requirement first.

All games and betting markets on Hoki78 are governed by the rules specific to each game or sport, which are published within the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games on Hoki78 use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each title. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are final. In the event of a game error, malfunction, or incomplete round due to a technical failure, the relevant game round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's wallet.

7.2 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted on scheduled events. Hoki78 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion.
• Live in-play markets for Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other events are updated in real time. Bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a data or pricing error may be voided.
• Postponed or abandoned events: bets are generally void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours, in which case the original bet stands. Sport-specific rules may vary.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

Hoki78 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per single bet, per game session, or per day, as published in game-specific or sport-specific rules. Hoki78 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of published limits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hoki78 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may lead to legal action:

• Creating, maintaining, or using more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Collusive play with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or acting as a payment intermediary for another Player;
• Using funds of unclear or unlawful origin to fund an Account (money laundering);
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or payment method ownership during registration or KYC;
• Any form of fraudulent chargeback or dispute raised through a payment provider relating to legitimate gaming transactions;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions via VPN, proxy, or other technical means where such restrictions apply.

All content on the Hoki78 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the property of Hoki78 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any automated data collection tools (scraping, crawling) against the Platform;
• Use the Hoki78 brand, logo, or trade marks in any commercial context without express written permission.

Unauthorised use of Hoki78 intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable law and will be pursued accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hoki78 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if Hoki78 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, including but not limited to server outages, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, or regulatory actions;
• Errors or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Malaysian banks, e-wallet operators, or cryptocurrency networks;
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Hoki78's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the Hoki78 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary, Hoki78 collects data necessary to:

• Verify your identity and age in compliance with KYC requirements;
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and gaming transactions;
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and terms violations;
• Deliver customer support and respond to enquiries;
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Players may request account closure by contacting Hoki78 support in writing at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be refunded via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.

Hoki78 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account without prior notice where:

• A Player is found to have breached these Terms or any game-specific rules;
• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers;
• A Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Hoki78 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order;
• Continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable legal or compliance risk.

Upon termination for cause, Hoki78 may withhold any outstanding balances pending the outcome of an investigation. Players may submit an appeal by contacting support with supporting documentation.

Hoki78 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Hoki78 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the registered account address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of any revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Hoki78's international gaming licence is issued.
